Client Support Assistant – Post Completion (Newport)

About the Role
We are seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our Post Completion team, providing exceptional service to our clients while supporting our conveyancers in critical administrative tasks.
This administrative role is central to our post-completion conveyancing process, ensuring smooth registrations, Land Registry processes, and handling correspondences with clients, lenders, solicitors, and internal teams. Responsibilities include:
- Processing all incoming correspondence (post, email, and phone) efficiently
- Meeting agreed KPIs and maintaining high standards
- Completing registrations and dealing with Land Registry requisitions
- Collaborating with colleagues to optimise workflow

About You
To thrive in this position, you must align with our company values while meeting the following requirements:
Experience & Skills
- At least two years of administrative experience, ideally within conveyancing or post-completion
- Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service, particularly over the telephone
- Strong multi-tasking and organisational skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Experience working in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with a willingness to learn Customer Management Systems
- Demonstrable track record in target-driven environments, achieving performance-related goals
