Rate - £725-775pd via an umbrella set up

Length - 6-12 months
Role Description
- Gather and analyse requirements through workshops, interviews, document reviews, and process analysis.
- Work with stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and solutions.
- Partner with the Project Manager, or operate in a combined BA/PM capacity where needed, to provide updates, estimates, and project documentation.
- Support analysis, testing, administration, and delivery activities across the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Use SQL and tools such as PowerBI and Python to analyse data and translate findings into technical specifications for data engineers.
- Document requirements, process flows, and solution designs to agreed standards with full traceability.
- Promote data governance, including data definitions, lineage, and quality.
- Produce documentation such as business requirements, data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, process flows, and user guides.
- Share knowledge with the wider BA team and stay current with relevant trends and tools.
- Identify and help implement process improvements.

- Experience delivering business and technical BA support across multi-team change initiatives.
- Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of asset management and financial data.
- Strong SQL and Excel skills; Python is a plus.
- Experience in Agile delivery.
- Knowledge of ABOR / IBOR data.
- Experience with performance and attribution data.
- Exposure to FactSet and Morningstar Unity datasets.
- Experience supporting regulatory reporting such as factsheets, KIIDs / PRIIPs, and SFDR.
- Experience with client reporting automation, including investment reports, segregated reporting, factsheets, and marketing materials.
