Client Technology Manager
London | Onsite, 5 days a week across the portfolio | Up to £75,000 + 20% bonus + excellent benefits
You'll be onsite across the portfolio five days a week, regularly in front of clients: building relationships, understanding their requirements, presenting solutions, and giving them real confidence in the technology behind their workspace. We need someone who can hold their own technically and just as comfortably lead a client conversation.

You'll own the tech that shapes the member experience: Wi-Fi, networking, telephony and AV, leading projects end to end and managing a small team. You'll be the person clients turn to when things need explaining or fixing, not just fixing them quietly in the background.
You'll bring:
- Multi-site tech delivery experience, ideally client- or member-facing (flexible workspace, serviced offices, hospitality)
- Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, Wi-Fi, connectivity and AV
- A genuine service mindset, comfortable engaging directly with clients day-to-day
- Confidence presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders
- Project, stakeholder and supplier management experience
- Team leadership experience
- Bonus: Cisco Meraki, Ruckus, Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Yealink, Logitech
