Client Technology Manager

Client Technology Manager

Location: London | Onsite (5 days a week) Salary: Up to £75,000 + 20% bonus + excellent benefits

A multi-site flexible workspace operator is seeking a Client Technology Manager to take ownership of the technical infrastructure that drives the member experience—covering Wi-Fi, networking, telephony, and AV across their entire portfolio.

You will lead end-to-end projects, manage a small team, and serve as the trusted, confident contact for clients when solutions need explaining, resolving, or implementing—not just operating from behind the scenes.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Drive technical excellence across Wi-Fi, enterprise networking, connectivity, and audiovisual (AV) systems to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Lead multi-site tech projects from strategy to delivery, aligning technical solutions with business needs.
  • Manage a small team effectively, fostering collaboration and technical expertise.
  • Act as the primary client-facing point of contact, ensuring expertise, clarity, and rapid problem resolution.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders across the portfolio.
  • Champion continuous improvement in network reliability, infrastructure upgrades, and member satisfaction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
