About the Role

This Client Value Partner (CVP) role will play a foundational role in Celonis' growth strategy within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, driving scalable customer success and accelerating adoption of our Process Intelligence Graph and AI capabilities.
The CVP will:
- Serve as the accountable lead for close strategic customer relationships, ensuring end-to-end business value realization.
- Collaborate with C-Level executives to align Celonis with their long-term operational transformation vision.
- Orchestrate global cross-functional teams (Servicing, Engineering, Product) to deliver high-impact outcomes for key accounts.
- Champion large-scale process transformations, blending industry expertise with consultative leadership to foster innovation and adoption.
- Advocate for customer needs internally, shaping product roadmaps and solution design in partnership with the Customer Advocacy and Value Engineering teams.

The Work You’ll Do
1. Accountable Program Lead & Engagement Manager
- Develop and sustain strategic relationships with C-level executives (internal and external), embedding Celonis as a core asset in their business transformation initiatives.
- Ensure proper staffing of customer engagements using resources from global Celonis teams (Servicing, Product, Engineering).
- Guiding implementation, mentoring customers on organizational design and structuring Centers of Excellence to maximize platform adoption.
- Mentor and coach Celonis implementation teams, offering leadership support and constructive feedback to managers.
2. Driving Customer Value
- Own the customer value journey end-to-end—from strategy alignment to implementation, adoption, and impact measurement.
- Act as a trusted advisor with execution expertise, shaping a long-term Celonis program roadmap%* and detailed value plans for customers.
- Resolve escalations efficiently, leveraging cross-functional resources to address urgent challenges proactively and confidently.
- Internalize the customer’s strategic goals and targets, ensuring Celonis delivers further alignment and solutions to core business-critical problems.
- Drive usage adoption, ensuring timely progress, high client satisfaction, and achieving targets for platform engagement.

3. Community Builder & Customer Advocacy
- Lead advisory boards for CPG stakeholders, fostering industry-specific insights, challenges, and innovations in a structured feedback loop.
- Serve as the lobbyist for customer needs within Celonis, aligning product developments with real-world demand and collaboratively shaping resources for teams.
- Represent Celonis at industry conferences, webinars, and events to amplify customer and domain expertise, driving thought leadership.
- Collaborate on innovation in CPG-specific areas, contributing to playbooks, tools, and best practices to elevate the Value Engineering team’s efficacy.
The Qualifications You Need
Someone willing to shape the future at the intersection of technology and operational excellence needs:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Strategy, Strategy Consulting, or Account Management—with a deep focus in CPG.
- Strong demonstrated success in:
- Driving large-scale enterprise transformations via process re-engineering, change management, and strategic engagements.
- Leading AI-based transformation programmes or coaching customers on deep analytics-driven insights is a strong plus.
- Proven change management expertise, including:
- Guiding complex teams through cultural shifts, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end process optimization.
- Ability to operate confidently in large global enterprises, persuading through data-driven insights and consultative diplomacy.
- Five years of experience leading customer engagements across multiple channels, providing subject-matter expertise.
- Natural stakeholder management skills, particularly with:
- Accommodating senior executives and aligning Celonis with their strategic agendas.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving, delivering clarity in ambiguous environments and diverse settings.
- Technical/analytical mindset with modest applied skills in process mining or data analytics (not mandatory but advantageous).
- Collaborative drive: self-motivated team player.
- Healthy sense of urgency: thrive in fast-paced but well-structured, mission-oriented interactions.
- Excellence in project management, balancing multiple initiatives with psychological agility and constant stakeholder interaction.
