The Role: Client Value Partner (Pharmaceuticals)
A key role within the Value Engineering team, the Client Value Partner (Pharmaceuticals) will lead strategic customer engagements within the pharmaceutical industry, driving data-driven business transformation for high-value Celonis customers.
This position requires a B2B, client-centric executive with a proven track record in:
- Building trusted C-level relationships
- Driving large-scale business transformations
- Merging industry expertise with analytical consulting

Key Responsibilities
1. Accountable Program Lead & Engagement Manager
- Forge and maintain executive-level relationships (internal & external) to embed Celonis into strategic customer objectives.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment by leveraging global Celonis teams (Servicing, Product, Engineering).
- Mentor customer organizations, designing and maturing Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to sustain platform adoption.
- Lead and develop team members, providing guidance, feedback, and performance critiques.

2. Driving Customer Value
Responsible for end-to-end customer value journey, including:
- Influencing stakeholders with industry insights, product knowledge, and data-driven strategies.
- Collaborating with senior executives to outline Celonis program roadmaps with detailed value milestones.
- Resolving customer escalations efficiently, orchestrating internal stakeholders.
- Aligning Celonis delivery with customer strategy to address business-critical challenges.
3. Community Builder & Customer Advocate
- Lead advisory boards to gather industry insights and foster innovation.
- Advocate for customer needs in product development and service strategies.
- Sponsor key events, webinars, and thought leadership to enhance Celonis’ industry presence.
- Drive innovation and domain-specific solutions, contributing to tools, playbooks, and training resources.
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
✔ 10+ years’ experience in Customer Success, Strategic Consulting, or related fields, with deep exposure to the Pharmaceutical industry. ✔ Proven ability to drive large-scale transformations, process re-engineering, and AI-based business change initiatives. ✔ Expertise in managing change management, global stakeholder engagement, and persuasive strategy execution. ✔ Strong team leadership skills with a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset. ✔ Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical abilities in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills
