Spencelooker Recruitment is delighted to be partnering on an exclusive basis with one of the UK's leading specialist property investment and asset management organisations to recruit an experienced Property Manager.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join an established and highly respected business with a substantial portfolio of healthcare and commercial property assets across the UK. You'll play a key role in delivering first-class property management services across a North West portfolio, working alongside experienced Asset Management, Facilities Management and Finance teams.
The Opportunity
You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of healthcare and adjacent sector properties, ensuring assets remain compliant, efficiently operated and financially optimised whilst delivering an exceptional occupier experience.
This is a varied role offering significant autonomy and the opportunity to contribute towards wider asset management initiatives, sustainability projects and continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial healthcare and mixed-use assets across the North West.
- Undertake regular property inspections and ensure compliance with lease obligations and statutory requirements.
- Prepare, manage and reconcile service charge budgets in accordance with the RICS Professional Standard.
- Work closely with Facilities Management teams to oversee planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance and contractor performance.
- Manage landlord and tenant matters including licences for alterations, assignments, subletting and lease compliance.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Support rent collection, credit control and income management activities.
- Coordinate insurance renewals and property-related claims.
- Maintain accurate property management records and reporting systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs and enhance asset performance.
- Support sustainability initiatives, including energy efficiency projects and EPC improvements.
- Collaborate with Asset Managers to implement business plans and maximise long-term value across the portfolio.

About You
We're keen to speak with experienced commercial Property Managers who enjoy building relationships, solving problems and taking ownership of a high-quality property portfolio.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience managing commercial property portfolios.
- Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant legislation.
- Experience preparing and managing service charge budgets.
- Excellent stakeholder and occupier relationship management skills.
- Good financial and commercial awareness.
- Experience working alongside Facilities Management teams.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North West.
- MRICS qualification would be advantageous but is by no means essential.
