We are The Light - we provide a unique immersive experience to surprise and delight our guests across 14 locations in the UK. Cinema, bowling, karaoke, darts, mini golf, climbing walls, bars and restaurants - we have it all!

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Climbing Team Member to join our Adventure Climb team.

If you love staying active, working with people, and helping others feel confident and supported, this could be the perfect fit. As a Climbing Team Member you’ll help guests of all ages and abilities enjoy a fun and safe climbing experience — all in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming and supporting climbers of all levels, from first-timers to regulars
  • Helping guests get kitted up and safely clipped in
  • Giving clear guidance and encouragement to help guests enjoy the experience
  • Supporting instructors with safety briefings and group sessions
  • Making sure safety procedures are followed at all times
  • Creating a fun, friendly atmosphere where everyone feels welcome

About You:

  • A people person — friendly, approachable, and confident speaking with guests of all ages
  • Motivated, proactive, and always ready to get involved
  • Experience working with groups or in a customer-facing role
  • Flexible with shifts — including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Climbing experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll provide training
