Client Experience and Sales Specialist

Thérapie Clinic, the fastest-growing Aesthetic Medical Clinic in Europe, operates across 75 locations in Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and New York City. We’re adding to our high-performing Kent, Bluewater Clinic team and urgently need a skilled Client Experience and Sales Specialist to drive exceptional client journeys, revenue, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Client Satisfaction
- Deliver unsurpassed service from first interaction to follow-up
- Proactively manage all online reviews and efficiently resolve complaints
Revenue Growth
- Optimise clinic efficiency by smartly managing bookings
- Ensure accurate stock control—including Aesthetic Welfare Inventory (AWI) deductions
Sales Performance
- Convert consultations through strategic upselling and cross-selling
- Meet KPI targets for consultation conversions, walk-in success, and average spend
- Guarantee a seamless, hassle-free check-in/out process for every client

AWI Stock & Growth
- Effectively promote skin consultations and identify upsell chances
- Monitor AWI stock levels
- Uphold clinical room standards and handle retention calls
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Beauty Therapist
- Proven experience in client experience/support, customer service, or a comparable role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Multitasking agility—fiscal to perform in a fast-paced environment
