About the Role

Thérapie Clinic is Europe’s fastest-growing Aesthetic Medical Clinic, with 75 locations across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and New York City. We are currently hiring for a Clinic Coordinator at our Derby branch.

Key Responsibilities

Client Satisfaction

  • Provide outstanding client service from first contact to post-consultation follow-ups.
  • Proactively address and resolve online reviews and complaints efficiently.

Revenue Growth

  • Optimise clinic efficiency through clever diary and booking management.
  • Maintain accurate stock and inventory, including after-work insertions (AWI) and deductions.

Sales Performance

  • Drive high-conversion consultations, leveraging strong upsell and cross-sell techniques.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for:
    • Consultation success rates
    • Walk-in client conversions
    • Average client spending per session
  • Ensure a seamless and pleasant client journey from check-in to check-out.

After-Work Insertions (AWI) Initiatives

  • Promote skin consultation offers and identify upselling opportunities via digital forms.
  • Track and manage AWI stock & clinical room standards.
  • Conduct client retention calls post-treatment to build loyalty.

Requirements and Skills

  • Qualifications: Proven qualified Beauty Therapist.
  • Experience: Story of success in client experience management, customer service or similar roles.
  • Professional Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with clients and teams.
  • Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving and organisation abilities.
  • Pace adaptation: Experience in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
