About the Role
At Hidden Hearing, the Clinic Coordinator delivers outstanding customer service and fosters a positive experience for all patients in our hearing centres.
Job Opportunity: Clinic Coordinator Location: Part-time (22.5 hours per week), Monday, Tuesday & Friday (9am–5pm) Based in Hanover Street (Mon/Tue) and Morningside Clinic (Fri) Salary: £18,160.83
Key Responsibilities

Diary & Appointment Management:
- Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments
- Coordinate effectively with colleagues for smooth operations

Support to Hearing Care Team:
- Provide exceptional customer care to patients in hearing centres, day clinics, and during home visits
