Clinic Coordinator – Edinburgh
At Hidden Hearing, the Clinic Coordinator provides exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for all patients in our hearing centres.
About the Role
We are looking for a Clinic Coordinator to join our Edinburgh hearing centre in a Part-time (22.5 hours/week) role. Hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday (9am–5pm), with Fridays based at the Morningside clinic. Salary: £18,160.83 pa.
Key Responsibilities
- Diary Management:
- Efficiently optimise appointment scheduling
- Confirm appointments and coordinate with colleagues
- Customer Support:
- Assist hearing care professionals in delivering exceptional customer care
- Support in hearing centres, day clinics, and during home visits
- Administration:
- Maintain customer records while adhering to GDPR regulations
- Manage reporting tasks (including stock records)
- Sales & Engagement:
- Proactively promote Wellness programs, accessories, and care plans
- Build customer relationships through positive engagement
- Customer Care:
- Prioritise premium service through:
- Warm, welcoming interactions
- Prompt responding to calls/queries
