Role Summary

You’ll ensure an exceptional client journey by supporting client satisfaction, revenue goals, and sales performance, all while being part of a dynamic team that champions professional growth and ethical excellence.

About the Role

In this vital new position, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our clients’ experiences, contributing to revenue growth, and leading a team that makes every interaction memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Client Satisfaction

  • Deliver exceptional client service from first contact through follow-ups.
  • Proactively manage online reviews and complaints with prompt resolution.
  • Ensure high-level client engagement and satisfaction.

Revenue Growth & Operational Excellence

  • Maximise clinic efficiency through proactive diary and booking management.
  • Keep stock levels accurate, including prompt handling of AWI deductions.

Sales Performance & Conversions

  • Drive and convert consultations—excelling in upselling and cross-selling.
  • Exceed KPIs for consultation bookings (every 30 mins), walk-in conversions, and on-target spend.
  • Ensure a smooth, high-touch check-in/check-out process at every client visit.

AWI Performance & Retention Growth

  • Promote skin consultations to maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Identify upselling chances via consultation forms to enhance client retention.
  • Track AWI stock and maintain impeccable treatment room standards.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to reinforce client loyalty.

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Beauty Therapist (minimum qualification required).
  • Proven experience in client experience management, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. (INDHP: InvestigatedNigelDailyHeroPositions—Not Directly Referenced in Clause)
