Clinical Manager – Dialysis Clinic (Boston, Lincolnshire)
One of UK’s leading healthcare providers is seeking an experienced and committed Clinic Manager to oversee a high-quality dialysis clinic in the Boston, Lincolnshire area.
About the Clinic
This dialysis clinic provides the highest level of care in state-of-the-art facilities, utilising the most technologically advanced equipment available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and operational management of the clinic
- Ensure a seamless patient journey and create an inviting environment for clients at all touch points
- Liaise with external organisations (NHS Trusts, CQC) in collaboration with the Regional Manager
- Implement new processes to drive quality improvements across the clinic
- Onboard new team members effectively, in partnership with wider staff
- Build strong relationships with patients and manage complaints sensitively
- Ensure compliance with clinical, governance, and regulatory systems, including KLoE
- Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports

- Clinical leadership experience in an outpatient haemodialysis setting
- Engaging communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to inspire a value-driven culture by leading by example
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset to manage dynamic clinical environments
- Exceptional organisational skills to balance multiple clinic-related tasks
- Evidence of Continued Professional Development, particularly in Renal Care

Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse with an active NMC Pin
Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: £44,000 – £49,200 per annum (DOE)
- Hours: Permanent, full-time (Monday–Saturday)
- Shift pattern: Day shifts only
