Company Description AARVA is a doctor-led private clinic that places evidence-based medicine at the center of every decision. Under one CQC-registered roof, the clinic brings together GP services, diagnostics, regenerative medicine, women’s health, and medical-grade skin care so patients receive holistic, root-cause-focused care.

Role Description The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment. This full-time, on-site role includes managing clinic schedules, supervising front-of-house and support staff, and coordinating with medical professionals to maintain smooth patient flow.

The individual will monitor budgets, resources, and inventory, support compliance with clinical and regulatory standards, and ensure that systems and processes align with AARVA’s outcome-driven approach. The Clinic Manager will also handle escalated patient queries, implement training for team members, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and patient experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
