Clinic Manager - Renal Dialysis Unit
Are you an NMC Registered Renal-trained Nurse looking to take your next career steps with the world’s largest provider of dialysis products and services? About the Role
In a modern, well-equipped environment with a multi-disciplinary approach to care, you will:
- Champion best practice in patient management
- Ensure Clinic staff are recruited, supported, and appraised appropriately
- Participate in budget planning, monitor supplies, and maintain Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with standards and optimal clinic performance
Key requirements:
- NMC Registered Nurse with solid post-registration experience, including:
- Significant exposure to haemodialysis
- Outstanding administrative, organisational, and clinical skills
- Experience in managing team members, counselling patients, and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission (CQC)

- Lead a Renal Dialysis Unit operating 14 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 56 patients
- Ensure high-quality patient care in a supportive, modern environment
- Oversee Faculty of 37.5 hours per week across various shifts (06:30 AM–18:00 PM, Monday to Saturday)
Requirements
- NMC Registration as a Renal Nurse with comprehensive haemodialysis experience
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills in a clinical setting
- Experience in budget planning, resource management, and CQC compliance
- Ability to train, mentor, and support staff in delivering patient-centred care
