Clinic Manager - Renal Dialysis Unit
Are you an NMC Registered Renal trained Nurse looking to take your next career steps with the world’s largest provider of dialysis products and services?

About the Role
In a modern, well-equipped environment with a multi-disciplinary approach to care, you will:
- Champion best practice in patient management
- Ensure clinic staff are recruited, supported, and appraised appropriately
- Participate in budget planning, monitor supplies, and maintain Quality Management Systems
- Play a key role in ensuring the clinic is compliant with standards and performing effectively
Key Responsibilities
- Be a NMC Registered Nurse with substantial post-registration experience
- Have significant exposure to haemodialysis, along with strong administrative, organisational, and clinical skills
- Demonstrate experience in managing staff, counselling patients, and understanding the role of the Care Quality Commission (CQC)
Position Details
- Location: Bodmin Dialysis Unit (14 haemodialysis stations, serving up to 56 patients)
- Hours: FULL TIME (37.5 hours per week)
- Working Pattern: Shifts between 06:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
- Enhanced DBS Disclosure required for all Clinic Manager posts

Salary up to £49,650 (progression boosted via KSF framework)
