Clinic Manager - Cambridge
Salary £27,000 – £29,000 plus commission
About the Role
A Dermalogica Pro Skin Clinic Manager is at the heart of everything—where results happen. As a qualified Aesthetic Practitioner, you will lead your team by example, setting the highest clinical standards while delivering advanced treatments that create real, visible transformations.
Based on the clinic floor with your team, you will embody our mission: empowering and educating customers to achieve their best skin possible. Your emphasis will be on exceptional customer service, personalised consultations, and an educational approach tailored to each client. With passion and influence, you’ll inspire, lead, and grow your location to success.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Business Growth & Profit Generation
- Drive month-on-month retail and treatment revenue by motivating and supporting your team.
- Think creatively to devise innovative event strategies and promotions that exceed clinic targets and KPIs.
- Fully book all events—design both floor-based activities and masterclasses to attract new clients.
2. Team Leadership & Development
- Be a role model, delivering treatments at the highest standard yourself.
- Exhibit strong communication, delegation, empathy, problem-solving, and motivational skills.
- Mentor and coach team members through regular 1:1s and personal development plans to ensure expertise is elevated.

3. Clinical Excellence
- Work as the lead aesthetic practitioner, overseeing treatments such as peels, LED therapy, and microneedling with exceptional precision.
- Champion Face Mapping℠ consultations, ensuring each client receives personalised skin analysis and treatment recommendations.
4. Operational Management
- Oversee daily clinic operations—stock control, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and reporting—ensuring consistent excellence.
5. Brand Representation
- Maintain professionalism, high personal grooming standards, and a warm, approachable demeanour that reflects the Dermalogica ethos.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, media, and the wider Dermalogica team.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ management experience (preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, or retail).
- Qualified NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapist (Level 4/5 essential) with expertise in aesthetic treatments and face mapping.
- Creative thinker—ability to craft exciting clinic experiences that draw crowds and enhance brand recognition.
