Clinic Manager - Kingston

Position: Clinic Manager Base Salary: £30,000 Additional Benefits: Commission


As a Clinic Manager at Dermalogica Pro Skin, you will be at the forefront of our mission: setting the clinical standard and driving results in one of our flagship treatment locations. Based on the clinic floor, you are responsible for leading a team of Pro Skin Therapists, delivering advanced aesthetic treatments, and empowering clients to achieve their best skin.

With exceptional customer service and a passion for skin health education, you will inspire both team members and customers, fostering an environment where every client leaves feeling confident and elevated.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating clinical excellence, expert product knowledge, and high standards of service.
  • Develop and maintain a motivated, high-performing team through coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
  • Drive business growth by planning and executing engaging events, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
  • Ensure clinical operations run seamlessly: stock management, appointment scheduling, and compliance with Dermalogica standards.
  • Uphold professional grooming standards, embodying the Dermalogica triple brand ethos daily.

Essential Requirements

  • 3+ years’ management experience in retail/clinical/aesthetic environments.
  • A qualified Beauty Therapist (NVQ Level 3 minimum) with Aesthetic Practitioner certification (Level 4/5 preferred).
  • Strong expertise in advanced skin treatments (Microneedling, LED Light Therapy, Chemical Peels).
  • Results-driven mindset with commercial acumen and passion for personal development.

Job Responsibilities

Business Driver

  • Monthly progress reporting and KPI attainment for retail/sheer treatment volume.
  • Design and run high-impact floor events, product workshops and masterclasses to maximize bookings.

Team Leader & Motivator

  • Role-model excellence—perform all treatments consistently and provide hands-on leadership.
  • Foster strong communication, delegation, and morale, ensuring specialist alignment with brand vision.

Mentor & Coaching

  • Conduct monthly one-to-one reviews and personalised development plans.
  • Help team members advance their technical and client-service expertise.

Clinical Excellence

  • Lead all advanced aesthetic deliverables with hands-on application of Face Mapping℠ approach.
  • Ensure every client receives personalised, science-backed treatment recommendations.

Clinic Operations

  • S smooth scheduling, inventory control, appointment scheduling, and compliance with Dermalogica standards.

Professionalism

  • Adhere to grooming/presentational standards representing Dermalogica as a brand revolutionary.
  • Nurture relationships with clients, press, management, and stakeholders.
