We’re looking for a talented Clinic Network Marketing Manager to join our growing Marketing team and play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across
Location: Hybrid / Field-based
This is a fixed Term contract for maternity cover
We’re looking for an experienced Clinic Network Marketing Manager to help drive growth across Medivet’s clinic networks. You’ll partner closely with two networks, working closely with Network Directors, Partners, and clinic teams to deliver insight‑led marketing plans, strengthen local activation, and enhance client engagement.
What You’ll Do
Clinic Network Marketing Planning
Develop insight‑led local marketing plans aligned to network and clinic growth priorities. Identify opportunities using data, competitive insight, and clinic feedback. Track performance and support continuous optimisation and reporting. Deliver hyper‑local marketing to address clinic‑specific opportunities or challenges. Support key initiatives including clinic openings, Partner onboarding, and priority clinics. Identify and activate local community, sponsorship, and event opportunities.

Clinic Marketing Service & Portal Adoption
Maintain and improve the Clinic Marketing Portal, ensuring toolkits, templates, and collateral are up to date. Respond to clinic marketing support requests via the ticketing system. Drive adoption of self‑serve marketing tools across the network. Provide guidance on brand consistency and local marketing standards.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
Act as a trusted marketing advisor to Network Directors, Partners, and clinic leaders. Build strong relationships to understand local priorities and challenges. Engage with clinic teams to adopt marketing best practice and available tools. Lead regular check‑ins and field visits across assigned networks.

Collaboration with the Marketing Support Centre
Work closely with PR, social, digital, CRM, website, and brand specialists. Ensure briefs are clear, insight‑driven, and aligned to growth objectives. Represent clinic and network needs within central marketing planning.
What You’ll Bring
Proven marketing experience, ideally in multi‑site, healthcare, retail, or franchise environments. A strategic, commercially focused approach together with the ability to simplify complexity. Strong ability to turn insight into actionable local marketing plans. A commercial mindset with confidence engaging senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organisational skills. A proactive, resilient, and collaborative approach.
