About Us

Established in 2015, HA has already grown to be the UK's largest postgraduate training provider in aesthetic medicine. As providers of exceptional higher education, our main goal is to improve patient safety through our training; raising educational standards for the most widely requested non-surgical cosmetic procedures: injectables and cosmetic dermatology treatments.

The Role

As our Clinic Partnerships Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth by converting inbound enquiries, proactively generating new opportunities and developing long-term relationships with clinics across the UK.

This is a consultative sales role where success comes from understanding customers' needs, building trust and delivering tailored solutions. You'll work closely with Marketing to maximise inbound lead generation while creating your own pipeline through proactive business development.

As the first commercial hire dedicated to this product, you'll have significant influence over how the sales function develops as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and engage prospective clinics through LinkedIn, outbound calling, email and networking.
  • Build relationships with clinic owners, newly qualified aesthetic professionals and key decision-makers.
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Inbound Sales

  • Respond promptly to marketing-generated enquiries.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and online demonstrations.
  • Understand each prospect's needs and recommend the most appropriate solution.
  • Guide prospects confidently through the sales process from first enquiry to close.

Partnership Management

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with partner clinics.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen and expand existing partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing partners.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
