Do you have the passion to provide quality administrative support in a medical environment? Can you ensure that all visitors and patients receive a courteous and caring reception? Could you use your expertise to effectively maintain patient’s records?
We need a confident and efficient Clinic Secretary to deal with numerous administrative and reception activities in our Epsom Dialysis Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Having previous experience of this type of role, it is essential that your spoken and written English is clear and of a high standard.
- Face to face and telephone contact with patients and other suppliers will be a large part of the role so enjoying this interaction is key to your enjoyment of the role.
Working Hours: This is a part-time position working 18.75 hours per week. Covering Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 06:45 - 13:00.

Salary:
- Competitive salary up to £25,500
- Progression through the pay scale will be underpinned by a Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF) for each role, allowing employees greater career development potential, aligned to in-house training programmes.
