About Us
At HelloSelf, we provide therapy and coaching to help people feel and live better. Our innovative video therapy platform connects members with the UKâs leading psychologists and CBT therapists, offering flexibility and convenience.
Utilising technology, we extend the boundaries of traditional therapy, harnessing AI to accelerate progress and promote long-term wellness beyond treatment.
There are substantial unmet mental health needs within the UK and globally. Weâre on a mission to innovate and make Every Self Better. Weâre a small, talented, high energy, inclusive, and supportive team with strong business and clinical leadership.
About the Role
Weâre looking for a qualified CBT therapist who wants to step into a commercial account management position - and who is energised, not deterred, by that shift.
Youâll own the full lifecycle of our clinical partnerships - from scoping and go-live through to growth and renewal. Your primary focus at the outset will be a large, established case management partner, and youâll be responsible for making that account a success: growing throughput, hitting SLAs, and deepening the relationship commercially.
Roughly 60% of your time is account management and partnership work; 40% is direct clinical delivery and providing risk and safeguarding advice/consultation to HelloSelfâs therapy network alongside the Clinical Excellence Team. That clinical component isnât incidental - seeing members from the accounts you manage is how you stay sharp on what weâre actually delivering, and itâs part of what makes you credible in the room with partners.

Iâm in my final year doing Economics and I donât know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer â it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donât need a masters. Letâs look at the ones youâd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet â that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
- Qualified CBT therapist, BABCP accredited with at least 2 years experience post-qualification.
- Commercially curious â youâre drawn to the business side of healthcare, not just the clinical side. You want to understand how the commercial model works and youâre motivated by growing an account, not just servicing it.

- Confident in external meetings: you hold your own with senior stakeholders and represent HelloSelf professionally with partners.

- Comfortable with data: you can read a report, spot what matters, and act on it.
- Excellent theoretical understanding and practice of evidence-based and NICE-recommended therapies is essential â and youâre genuinely interested in how technology and AI can extend what those therapies can do.
- Experience in case management, occupational health, insurance, or EAP environments is a plus.
- Experience in safeguarding and managing risk is a plus.
