Job Title: Clinical Administrator
Recruiting tomorrow’s Army today. Be the best to support the best!
The Recruiting Group conducts Assessment Centres (AC) for candidates wanting to become a soldier in the British Army. This dual role includes performing standard medical tests as well as administrative duties. No medical experience required - full training provided.
Location: Pirbright Assessment Centre Hours: 37.5 per week and working one Saturday per month (TOIL available)
What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out routine medical screening tests, such as, audiometry, ECG, vision, height/weight, BMI, urinalysis, and spirometry
- Preparing and managing medical documentation and ID verification
- Recording results accurately in both written and digital formats
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and external agencies
- Handling general admin tasks including correspondence, filing, and photocopying
Essential qualification/skills/experience:
- Must be IT literate and comfortable using inhouse database
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and processes
- Comfortable in carrying out physical checks on potential recruits
Desirable qualification/skills/experience:
- Experience within a medical environment, is desirable
- Familiarity with the army, would be an advantage
