Clinical Administrator
North Northamptonshire | Full Time | 37.5 Hours per Week

Help Deliver Safe, Effective Clinical Services Behind the Scenes

At Change Grow Live, we believe that every person deserves the opportunity to make positive changes in their life. While our frontline teams work directly with service users, it is the expertise, accuracy and dedication of our administrative teams that help ensure those services run safely, effectively and efficiently.

We're looking for an organised and proactive Clinical Administrator to join our North Northamptonshire service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in supporting the safe delivery of prescribing services, working closely with clinicians, recovery teams, pharmacies and managers to ensure high standards of clinical administration and governance.

If you're someone who enjoys working with data, systems and processes, whilst making a meaningful contribution to healthcare and recovery services, we'd love to hear from you.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines excellent attention to detail with strong organisational and communication skills.

You'll bring:

  • Experience working within an administrative, healthcare, clinical or data-focused environment.
  • Strong IT skills, including confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience maintaining databases, information systems or case management systems.
  • The ability to analyse information and produce accurate reports.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to work.
  • The ability to work independently whilst also contributing positively to a wider team.
  • A commitment to confidentiality, information governance and high-quality service delivery.
  • The ability to travel across North Northamptonshire and work from different service locations as required.

Experience supporting prescribing services, healthcare administration or working within substance misuse services would be advantageous but is not essential.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
