Job Opportunity with the Mental Health Liaison Service (MHLS)

The Mental Health Liaison Service (MHLS) is a Core 24 liaison team that aspires to clinical, teaching and research excellence. We are a dynamic, rapidly developing and evolving service covering all ages over 16 years in a 1254-bed busy general hospital dealing with over 500 referrals per month.
Location
This position is based at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital with limited parking opportunity on site but access to free and regular bus travel from named Park & Ride locations. There is opportunity for flexibility around working days and hours with associated pay enhancements.

We have an exciting opportunity to join a successful team of administrators considered pivotal in what can be a demanding yet rewarding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Call handling
- Inbox management
- Minute taking
- Data entry
- General administrative support to clinical teams, consultants, and team leaders
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm and flexibility
- Organised, collaborative, and priority-based approach to administration delivery
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Dedication to confidentiality and service user experience
- Previous experience of all Microsoft packages is desirable
- Previous experience of Trust IT systems would be of benefit but not essential as all training will be provided
