About the Company
Surgerii Robotics is an innovative medical robotics company specializing in advanced single-port robotic surgical systems. Join a well-funded, growth-stage medical robotics company with a CE-marked single-port surgical platform already used in more than 3,000 procedures and now expanding across Europe and other international markets.
Location: London, field-based
Travel: Mainly across location above and occasional travel within EU
We are also looking for Clinical Support Specialists AND Service Engineers in the locations below:
- Kiel & Hamburg (Germany)
- Bern、Winterthur (Switzerland)
- Bucharest (Romania)
- Istanbul and Ankara (Turkey)
- Athens (Greece)

About the Role
Responsibilities
- Train surgeons, operating room nurses and other clinical users in the safe and standardized use of Surgerii Robotics’ single-port robotic surgical system.
- Support new hospital implementation, including operating room workflow planning, simulation training and initial clinical cases.
- Provide on-site support before, during and after robotic procedures, including system preparation, setup, docking, instrument handling and first-line troubleshooting.
- Assess user competency, adapt training to different experience levels and coordinate learning plans with the Clinical Applications team in China.
- Collect clinical feedback, identify training, workflow or technical issues and coordinate follow-up with the relevant internal teams.
- Contribute to the improvement of training materials, clinical protocols and troubleshooting guidance.
- Maintain strong working relationships with hospital stakeholders and support other European markets when required.
Qualifications
- 1-8 years hands-on experience in a surgical operating room environment in at least one of the following surgical specialties: urology, gynecology, pediatric surgery or thoracic surgery.
- Experience supporting the clinical team during the surgery process, including case preparation, operating room setup, device or instrument support and first-line troubleshooting.
- C1/C2 local language and good English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with surgeons, operating room nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Required Skills
- Experience with surgical robotics, laparoscopic systems or other minimally invasive surgical technologies, ideally with companies such as KARL STORZ, Medtronic, CMR Surgical, Intuitive Surgical or comparable medical device companies.
- Good understanding of operating room workflows, aseptic technique and patient safety requirements.
- Experience training surgeons and operating room teams, or supporting hospital onboarding, simulation sessions and initial clinical cases.
- Previous experience as an operating room nurse, OTA, surgical technologist, Clinical Application Specialist, Field Clinical Specialist or Clinical Training Specialist.
- Mandarin Chinese skills or experience collaborating with China-based teams are a plus.
