Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to work nights only? Join our Dorset Integrated Urgent Care Service Community Night Nursing team!

As a community night nurse, you will be delivering face to face care to adults who have been referred to the team by patients and their relatives/carers or Health Care professionals.

We will be looking for you to provide autonomous nursing care with a HCA, so you are always part of a supportive and collaborative unit. You will help to promote and sustain independence/wellbeing for the individual or carer in the relevant setting. Post-qualification experience of working in an autonomous setting / role would be desirable but not essential.

You will drive the IUCS vehicles across Dorset, as you will be working in the community, residential or healthcare environment. You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team that is made up of Nurses, Paramedics and GP's. Professional development and career progression opportunities available.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
