This is a full-time opportunity for an ambitious clinician who wants to deliver genuinely high-standard, evidence-based audiology in a modern, well-equipped setting. You’ll combine advanced diagnostic and ENT-related work with hearing aid fittings, tinnitus support, wax removal, and some paediatric diagnostics, while building long-term patient relationships in a values-led environment.
With direct mentoring from an experienced Clinical Scientist (former clinical lecturer), structured case discussion, and a clear commission scheme, this role is ideal for someone who wants to sharpen both clinical excellence and commercial performance in private practice.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role
You’ll be delivering gold-standard hearing care across multiple London sites, including:
- Adult diagnostic audiology (PTA, tympanometry, speech testing, complex cases)
- ENT-related testing and report writing
- Hearing aid fittings using best-practice verification and validation (real-ear measurements, aided speech testing)
- Tinnitus assessment and management
- Wax removal
- Some paediatric diagnostics (advantageous but not essential)
- Building a loyal caseload through outstanding patient care, follow-up, and reputation (no “hard sell” culture)
You’ll also work closely with a small expert team, with regular 1:1 support, clinical supervision and development in areas such as vestibular, tinnitus, and advanced diagnostics.
What We’re Looking For
- BSc or MSc Audiology (or equivalent)
- HCPC registered (or eligible)
- Confident in adult diagnostics and interpreting results accurately
- Evidence-based approach to hearing aid fitting (including REM / verification)
- Excellent communication skills and patient-centred mindset
