Clinical Business Intelligence Manager (AI Training)

About The Role

What if your expertise in clinical analytics could directly influence how AI understands and reasons about healthcare data? We're looking for an experienced Clinical Business Intelligence Manager to lead analytics efforts that connect clinical, operational, and performance data to real-world healthcare decisions — and help train the next generation of AI models in the process.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for seasoned healthcare analytics professionals who want to do meaningful, intellectually stimulating work on their own terms.

  • Organization: Alignerr
  • Type: Hourly Contract
  • Location: Remote
  • Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a business intelligence team in building dashboards, reports, and analytics that support clinical and operational decision-making
  • Design, maintain, and optimize BI infrastructure — including data models, SQL queries, and reporting pipelines — ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance
  • Analyze clinical, operational, and performance datasets to uncover meaningful trends and surface insights that inform leadership decisions
  • Translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable intelligence that improves care delivery and organizational efficiency
  • Apply your domain expertise to AI training tasks — evaluating, annotating, and improving AI-generated outputs in clinical and healthcare contexts

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
