Salary: £14.65 - £18.10 per hour (Up to £21 p/h with additional promotional opportunities)

Care Responsibilities
As a Clinical Care Assistant, you will provide hands-on support in the following critical areas:
- Personal care (hygiene, mobility, dignity)
- Specialist monitoring of:
- Seizures
- Oxygen stats (overnight)
- Nebulisers
- Catheter care
- Critical care management including:
- BIPAP machine monitoring
- PEG feeding assistance
- Stoma care
- Suctioning
- Support for spinal and brain injuries

📍 Braintree & Uttlesford
🔷 Care Assistant – £13.90 - £17.80 p/h (Starting rate of £13.25 p/h for < 2 years experience)
🔷 Live-in Carers – £975 - £1,150 (Payment dependant on the complexity of the care package)*
🔷 Awake Nights – £14.65 - £18.15 p/h 🔷 Sleep-ins – £115 per night (with home induction rate maximum 7x/week)*
