About The Role
As a Clinical Care Practitioner, you will proactively support the Nursing team in managing the day-to-day running of our care teams, ensuring the delivery of the highest level of person-centred care and support to residents and their families and friends.
You will be a highly experienced carer holding Level 3 H&SC, with a genuine passion for people and the desire to ensure that those we care for can live their best lives by being dedicated, thoughtful and reliable. This role is a mix of hands-on care and supervisory responsibilities, so you’ll need to feel comfortable juggling tasks while always keeping our residents’ happiness and wellbeing at the heart of what you do.

What’s the job about?
As a Clinical Care Practitioner, you’ll combine hands-on care with team leader duties. It’s all about ensuring that every resident receives the very best care while mentoring and supporting your colleagues to be their best. Here’s a flavour of what you’ll be doing:
- Supervising your care team so they’re confident and skilled in every part of their role.
- Supporting residents with a range of personal care needs, while making sure dignity, respect and privacy are always maintained.
- Assisting and supporting the Nurse to assess and identify the needs of the residents, and developing complete, comprehensive and person-centred care plans.
- Supporting the nursing team with all aspects of medication according to the home’s policies and procedures
