Clinical CRM Analyst – Permanent Role (Nottingham, On-Site)

Contract: Permanent Location: Nottingham – on-site

About the Role

As a Clinical CRM Analyst, you will play a key role within our Data Science and Analytics team, leveraging patient data and Boots Advantage Card insights to develop targeted marketing strategies. Your analytical expertise will help shape personalised marketing communications, ensuring we deliver the right message to the right audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse multi-source data to identify target audiences for marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to explain campaign selection drivers and performance metrics.
  • Present findings in clear, compelling ways, shaping strategies that enhance customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a numerate and logical thinker with a passion for personalisation and data-driven insights. Required qualifications or experience include:

  • Relevant experience or a degree with quantitative elements (e.g., Maths, Physics, Psychology).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data stories effectively.
  • A collaborative mindset and meticulous attention to detail.

A bonus would be experience with:

  • Coding languages such as SQL, R, or Python.
  • Data visualisation tools like PowerBI.
