Salary Range: £49,140.00 – £91,260.00 per annum (base salary, variable based on gender-neutral objectives including skills, experience, and competencies)

About the Role

Step into a pivotal role where your analytical expertise directly shapes how clinical trials are understood, managed, and advanced. In this capacity as Clinical Data Analytics Lead, you will transform complex clinical trial data into actionable insights—empowering Clinical Trial Teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions faster.

Based at Westworks (London, UK) with an opportunity for hybrid working (expectation of 12 onsite days/month) or full remote work (subject to eligibility), this role also considers applicants for Dublin, Ireland (a separate application required for this location). Relocation support is not provided, and visa sponsorship for these locations is not available.

Key Responsibilities (Critical for Delivery)

  • Data-Driven Leadership: Turn complex clinical trial data into impactful narratives, uncovering patterns, trends, and hidden opportunities to improve study oversight, risk management, and quality decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Accolade within Clinical Data Operations to leverage domain expertise (e.g., disease areas, data standards, protocol knowledge) to drive improved trial execution, site interactions, and patient safety.
  • Risk-Based Insights: Partner with Central Monitoring and Data Management teams to champion risk-based review strategies and ensure alignment around Critical-to-Quality (CtQ) risks.
  • Advanced Analytics: Utilise data visualisation tools (Power BI, Spotfire) and tech stack (SAS, R, Python) to anticipate risks, detect anomalies, and continuously enhance data quality initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement actionable interventions to accelerate study timelines and refine processes for greater efficiency.
  • Continuous Learning Approach: Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, automation) to enable technology-led transformation in your domain.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
