The Clinical Deputy Manager ensures expert nursing oversight and leadership to elevate resident wellbeing, all while fostering a trusted community.
Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Leadership
- Oversee and support all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home
- Collaborate with the team to create/refresh individual care plans and maintain accurate, up-to-date medication records
- Maintain efficient staffing levels via effective rota management to ensure 24/7 cover
- Capitalise on clinical expertise to guide staff, emphasising independence, dignity and choice in resident care
Resident & Collaborative Engagement
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Champion a respectful, empowering culture – instil pride in the home and its community
- Strengthen local partnerships to boost Hadley Lawns’ profile in Barnet and beyond

Requirements
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC Pin
- Active commitment to NMC Codes of Conduct and continuous professional development
- A shared belief in the impact of quality nursing care on resident independence
- Current knowledge of:
- Tissue viability
- Infection control principles
- Care planning best practices

Salary Details
Your £2,000 starter bonus pays in the first available pay run, post four weeks' service, subject to tax/NI deductions.
