Clinical Director, Creature Comforts Beaconsfield

We’re opening a brand new Creature Comforts clinic in Beaconsfield and are looking for a powerful Clinical Director to help shape its future — from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to lead, inspire, and build a team in a beautifully designed, purpose-built environment, redefining the standard of exceptional veterinary care.

Key responsibilities include:

Clinical Excellence

  • Drive team performance while balancing staff development with quality delivery.
  • Lead evidence-based clinical decision-making and champion continuous improvement.

Business Performance

  • Develop and drive the clinic’s day-to-day strategy, from client care to marketing.
  • Oversee client engagement, handle complaints, and gather feedback to improve services.
  • Build a clear expenditure plan, ensuring the practice meets financial goals without compromising quality.
  • Stay fluent with financial KPIs, budgets, and profit & loss (P&L) health to accelerate time to viability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
