We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Director/Lead to oversee and drive clinical operations. This pivotal role places you at the heart of our innovative projects, guiding cross-functional teams, managing complex trials, and ensuring operational excellence from early development through post-approval activities. If you’re passionate about leading teams, strategizing clinical development, and making a tangible impact in the biotech industry, this is your opportunity to thrive with a forward-thinking organization.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven leadership experience with at least 15 years in Clinical Development, including managing global or regional trial portfolios.
- Strong expertise in clinical operations, including trial management, budget oversight, and regulatory interactions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
- Solid understanding of global drug development strategies and regulatory requirements, including ICH GCP guidelines.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects with precision and strategic oversight.
- Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proven experience working with outsourced models, overseeing CROs and collaborators.
- A background in rare diseases or auto-immune conditions is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary, or a related field.
- Deep knowledge of ICH GCP and other regulatory standards.
- Prior experience in leadership roles within biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel as needed for clinical site visits, meetings, and regulatory inspections.
- Strong commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and compliance.
- Ability to foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance team environment.
