What You’ll Bring

  • Proven leadership experience with at least 15 years in Clinical Development, including managing global or regional trial portfolios.
  • Strong expertise in clinical operations, including trial management, budget oversight, and regulatory interactions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
  • Solid understanding of global drug development strategies and regulatory requirements, including ICH GCP guidelines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects with precision and strategic oversight.
  • Fluency in English, with outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven experience working with outsourced models, overseeing CROs and collaborators.
  • A background in rare diseases or auto-immune conditions is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary, or a related field.
  • Deep knowledge of ICH GCP and other regulatory standards.
  • Prior experience in leadership roles within biotech or pharmaceutical industries.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for clinical site visits, meetings, and regulatory inspections.
  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement, quality, and compliance.
