Clinical Educator - South East

Clinical Educator – Airway Management & Respiratory – ForeverForward

Are you a clinical professional with expertise in Airway Management and Bronchoscopy, with NHS experience, a passion for teaching, and a drive to thrive in the medtech industry? This role could be your defining opportunity.

As our Clinical Educator, you will lead, coordinate, and deliver outstanding training. By sharing your expertise, you’ll empower clinicians, enhance patient outcomes, and drive adoption of our respiratory and airway solutions across strategic accounts.

Your impact will extend beyond the classroom:

  • Boost rebuy rates through tailored clinical training
  • Champion product trials and evaluations alongside territory managers
  • Support Regional/National Exhibitions & Workshops
  • Foster thought leadership by translating latest clinical research into training

Key Responsibilities

  • Train, accredit (via CPD) and mentor clinicians (doctors, nurses, Thermo/Recovery Staff)
  • Collaborate closely with Territory Managers to support product trials and adoption
  • Maximise attendance and ensure full competency/Brigade accreditation across target clinicians
  • Leverage patient clinical outcomes and workflow data to refine training programmes
  • Adapt teaching methods to local NHS and international hospital environments
  • Gather market intelligence and relay insights to Sales & Marketing
  • Utilise CRM systems (Salesforce) to document progress, opportunities and customer needs
  • Represent Ambu courteously, instilling confidence and professionalism in patient safety

Requirements & Background Checklist

✔ Clinical or airway management expertise (Theatre, ICU, PICU, A&E – ECG Ebert/Benderville, ALS, MMMs) ✔ An NHS track record, including compliance awareness and trust accounting ✔ Exceptional communication (verbally & in writing) with diverse clinical, senior, and health system stakeholders ✔ Teaching and coaching experience – inspiring teams with clarity and confidence ✔ Administrative prowess with a can-do attitude that thrives in methodical environments ✔ Familiarity with interdisciplinary healthcare integration (technical ‘triage’ of product suitability/need) ✔ Proflient with CRM platforms, reporting tools, and basic data insights

Differentiators (Nice-to-Have)

➔ Existing medtech, healthcare innovation, or determent ad adoption experience ➔ Passion for supporting pioneering clinical solutions ➔ Comfort with either EOLS (End of Life Services) transition or NHS collaboration frameworks
