Clinical Educator – Airway Management & Bronchoscopy (NHS & Medtech)

About the Role
This role is your chance to combine clinical passion with medtech leadership. As a Clinical Educator, you’ll lead training initiatives that empower clinicians, support hospital adoption of high-impact devices, and ensurethat patient outcomes are optimised through delivering high-quality education and technical assistance.
Key to success is your dual role as coach (training new experimenters) and advisor (growing key accounts through practical demonstrations of our therapies). Across theatre, ICU, PICU, and A&E, expect variety, travel, and collaboration with our global team.

Key Responsibilities
Your focus will be:
- Training & Mentorship
- Deliver CPD-accredited airway management and bronchoscopy training
- Ensure all relevant clinical personnel (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals) undergo well-attended, high-competency lessons
- Strategic Growth
- Partnership with Territory Managers to support new product trials and post-market evaluations across the NHS and private sectors
- Communicate market intelligence to Sales & Marketing teams to accelerate adoption
- Compliance & Enterprise Management
- Uses CRM tools and advanced reporting to track training progress and account potential
- Maintains current clinical evidence in Ambu’s training materials
- Official Agency
- Represent Ambu professionally in customer-centric discussions
- Attend regional and national exhibitions to demonstrate expertise

You must be prepared for frequent travel to NHS sites and partner hospitals for training and audit purposes.
What Makes You the Right Candidate?
Clinical expertise and self-motivation define this role. While your experience may vary, these qualities correlate strongly with success:
Essential
- NHS/hospital knowledge, with aortic manuscripts in ICU/PICU / A&E (airway rescue procedures, emergency intubations, or bronch scope applications)
- Superb communications skills – due to frequency of interactions across clinical teams and stakeholder levels
- Self-starter mindset – eagerness to work either independently or with minimal direction
- Familiarity with CRM and salesforce systems from prior administrative work
Desirable
- NHS leadership experience – e.g. educator, consultant, or directorship-level training
- Strong admin and planning skills – efficiently preparing bespoke training materials
- Interest in adopting technology in clinical workflows (e.g. emerging airway management devices)
