Clinical Lead – Nursing & Dementia Care
About the Role
Hampton Care Home is a spacious, purpose-built care facility in the London suburb of Hampton, offering high-quality nursing, dementia, palliative and short-term care for up to 76 residents. With an ensure, landscaped gardens, and dedicated staff teams, the home provides a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
As Clinical Lead, you will collaborate closely with the Home Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a skilled team with enthusiasm, and contribute to shaping exceptional care standards for residents.

What You’ll Do
- Leadership & Operational Support: Partner with the Home Manager to maintain service excellence, providing leadership and mentorship to the care team.
- Relationship-Centric Care: Build existential rapport with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalised, compassionate care.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a dedicated care team, ensuring high staff motivation and alignment with care values.
- Staff Development: Upskill team members through training, mentoring, and career progression support.
- Resident-Centred Excellence: Guarantee care tailored to each resident’s needs, upholding the highest standards of dignity and well-being.

Qualifications & Experience
- Registered Nurse: Must hold either:
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
- Valid PIN (Professional Register Number)
- Care Experience: Proven ability working with elderly residents in a care setting.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to Motivate, manage, and mentor teams effectively.
- Training & Development: Experience in supporting staff progression through education and skill-building initiatives.
