Clinical Lead

Clinical Lead Vacancy – Kind Care Company

About the Role

What fuels your passion for nursing? Is it:

  • The opportunity to provide Kind Care and make a meaningful difference to individuals in need?
  • Your love for continuous learning within a dynamic, multi-professional team?
  • The chance to build lasting, human connections with Residents and their families?

At HC One, the Kind Care Company, we go beyond expectations every day. Whether you’re starting your career or have years of experience, working in our care homes allows you to embody the art and science of nursing while nurturing relationships that leave a legacy.

We’re inviting compassionate, experienced nurses to join our nationwide teams, offering enhanced salary progression with experience and a strong package of benefits designed to reward your commitment to person-centred care.

About You

As a Clinical Lead at HC One, Kindness is your compass—guiding every interaction, decision, and aspect of our Dementia Care, Nursing Homes, Residential Care, and Specialist Care.

  • You’re more than a registered nurse—you’ll champion care standards that exceed regulatory expectations, offering specialist guidance, representing residents during the Home Manager’s absence, and mentoring staff to deliver empathetic, exceptional care.
  • Your journey is built on professional excellence and NMC standards, underpinned by a genuine desire to mentor colleagues, support student nurses, and model ethical professionalism.
  • Your communication—verbal and written—must be as precise as your ability to advocate for residents, ensuring every individual feels seen, respected, and supported.
  • You champion safeguarding, proactively training colleagues, recognizing signs of harm, and escalating concerns with appropriateness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
