Clinical Lead
Make every day count for someone living with a neurological condition.
At Inspire Neurocare, we support adults with complex neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries to live more independent, meaningful lives. We deliver personalised rehabilitation, nursing care and therapeutic support that goes beyond traditional long-term care.
We’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Clinical Lead to join our dedicated team.
What You Will Be Doing
- To support the Centre Manager ensuring the service can operate efficiently and effectively whilst helping to manage the day to day running of the service.
- To work with the Centre Manager and Quality Assurance team to ensure safe clinical practice, monitor standards via audits and observations, review policies, implement action plans and provide data reports as required
- To support the Centre Manager to review compliance with the Health and Social Care Act (2008) and Essential Standards of Quality and Safety (2010) and ensure that any requirements and recommendations made following a CQC review are actioned appropriately
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalised care plans, and evaluate outcomes in partnership with all multidisciplinary teams within the service.
- Build strong and positive relationships with residents, their families and all internal and external individuals, offering support, education and reassurance

We’re Looking For Registered Nurses’ With
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult Nursing)
- Minimum 5 years’ post registration experience of delivering care to individuals with complex health needs within a similar setting (care or neuro)
- Strong clinical assessment, care planning and communication skills
- Knowledge of cognitive, behavioural, or physical rehabilitation approaches
- Compassion, professionalism and a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Passion & empathy with a desire to making a difference to the lives of our residents
