Clinical Lead - Neurological Conditions
£55,000 - £63,000 per annum + Benefits Location: Southampton
Overview
Compass Associates are excited to work exclusively with an established neurological specialist organisation seeking a new Clinical Lead. This is an exceptional opportunity to join an organisation with aggressive growth ambitions.
As the Clinical Lead, you will report to the General Manager and support them in ensuring the service exceeds expectations in leadership, clinical management, and delivers outstanding care.
- Collaborate closely with the General Manager and the quality assurance team
- Oversee audits, policies, and safe clinical practices
- Manage rota scheduling, maintain staff engagement, and develop positive relationships with service users
- Provide guidance and direction when required by the team

This is a Monday to Friday position, with the Clinical Lead also expected to participate in the on-call rota.
** Criteria**
Essential Requirements
- Professional registration as either an RGN (Registered General Nurse) or RMN (Registered Mental Nurse)
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Ward Manager role or equivalent leadership position
- A Background in the neurological or acquired brain injury sector
- Essential experience in tracheostomy and ventilation
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Willingness to be flexible, including participation in the on-call rota
