Clinical Lead GP
Clinical Lead GP | Rosedean House Surgery
Location: Cornwall Contract: Full-time (40 hrs) or Part-time (30 hrs) Vacancy Type: Available immediately
Rosedean House Surgery is seeking a dynamic, forward-thinking GP who is eagarly to drive meaningful change and shape the future of a progressive practice in Cornwall.
The Clinical Lead GP shapes a transformative role for a General Practice seeking to evolve and grow. If you are a GP driven by clinical leadership, service redesign, and delivering impactful patient centred care, this opportunity will allow you to make a significant difference. You will lead clinical practice while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration in a supportive and growing organisation.

GMC registration and full entry onto the NHS Performers List with no restrictions/national restrictions.

Experience & Skills
- Experienced GP with a passion for clinical leadership and service improvement.
- Proven Continuing Professional Development. evidence is key.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to audit, governance, safety, and quality initiatives.
- Ability to build positive working relationships within the team.
- Embrace change and contribute effectively to team dynamics.
- Alignment with OneMedicare’s vision and values.
- Maintain high standards of clinical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Skilled in clinical systems, with EMIS software experience being highly advantageous.
Recruitment Process
The process allows five-five interested written applications, including:

Your cover letter will form part of the initial shortlisting panel discussions.
Shortlisted candidates will undergo, at minimum, two stages of interview. A third stage may be introduced for further investigation and needs.
