Clinical Lead
Clinical Lead
Globe Workforce Solutions is seeking an exceptional Clinical Lead to lead the clinical strategy and governance of our growing Insourcing Division.
Working alongside our Executive Team, you'll help develop innovative NHS services, build strong relationships with Trusts, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety, clinical governance, and quality.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's leading healthcare workforce providers and play a key role in delivering high-quality services to NHS organisations nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead clinical governance, audits, incident investigations, and quality improvement initiatives
- Lead clinical governance and quality across our insourcing services
- Develop new NHS partnerships and support business growth
- Drive service improvement and innovation
- Mentor and develop multidisciplinary clinical teams
- Represent Globe with senior NHS stakeholders and clients

Key Requirements
- Registered Nurse (NMC)
- MSc in Nursing / Advanced Clinical Practice (or equivalent)
- Independent Prescriber
- Significant senior NHS leadership experience
- Strong background in clinical governance, service improvement, and strategic leadership
Contract
- Full time, permanent, office-based
