Clinical Lead Nursing Home Holt, Norfolk £52,500 per annum Full Time
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking for your next leadership opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursing home in Holt, Norfolk, for a dedicated Clinical Lead to join their senior team and help drive exceptional standards of care.

The Role
As Clinical Lead, you will play a key role within the leadership team, working closely with the Home Manager to maintain outstanding clinical standards and support the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing effective clinical leadership across the home
- Supporting and developing nursing and care colleagues
- Ensuring excellent standards of person-centred care are maintained
- Overseeing care planning, assessments, and clinical documentation
- Supporting audits, quality improvements, and regulatory compliance
- Acting as a positive role model and promoting best practice
- Working collaboratively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals

About You
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with an active NMC PIN and strong experience within a nursing home or elderly care setting.
You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in a senior nursing, clinical lead, or deputy-level role
- Strong knowledge of clinical governance and care standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- A proactive approach to improving quality of care
- A genuine passion for supporting residents and developing teams
