Clinical Lead Nurse

Clinical Lead Nurse – Dementia Specialised Nursing Home (Partington, Manchester)

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Clinical Lead Nurse to work in an excellent nursing home in Partington, Manchester, for one of the UK's leading healthcare providers.

This dementia-specialised nursing home is designed specifically to meet the needs of residents living with dementia.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with a team to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Perform all relevant forms of care alongside other nurse practitioners
  • Maintain consistently high-quality care standards across all services
  • Ensure residents’ personal care needs are met while upholding dignity and independence
  • Accurately assess residents’ needs and prioritise care requirements
  • Administer all medication and treatments in line with NMC guidelines and company medication policy
  • Complete and maintain residents’ care plans in cooperation with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals
  • Monitor residents’ health status and arrange GP visits or professional consultations as necessary

Required Skills & Experience

The role ideally suits candidates with:

  • Essential: previous experience as a Clinical Lead within a care home environment
  • Proven ability to lead a nursing team in delivering person-centred care, including planning, implementing, and evaluating
  • Experience in delivering clinical and person-first assessments
  • The capacity to engage with service users to fully understand their needs for exceptional dementia care
  • Strong working knowledge of CQC standards
  • Commitment to promoting care program ownership, involving residents and families in developing, agreeing, and evaluating care plans

You must be a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC PIN to apply.
