Clinical Lead Psychologist £63,000 + Excellent Benefits Full Time, Staffordshire
Are you an HCPC Registered Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist looking for a senior leadership opportunity within a specialist forensic service?
We are seeking an experienced psychologist to provide clinical leadership within an accredited Therapeutic Community, supporting the delivery of psychologically informed interventions that promote rehabilitation, reduce reoffending and create lasting behavioural change.
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Lead and support a multidisciplinary clinical team ✔ Provide supervision, consultation and clinical leadership ✔ Maintain high standards of clinical governance and service quality ✔ Support service development and innovation ✔ Work collaboratively with operational colleagues to improve outcomes

About You: ✔ HCPC Registered Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist ✔ Significant post-qualification experience within forensic, secure or complex mental health settings ✔ Experience providing supervision and clinical leadership ✔ Strong formulation, risk management and stakeholder engagement skills
