Clinical Lead Radiographer
An outstanding leadership opportunity in Radiology.
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Radiography leader to step into a pivotal senior role, shaping the future of imaging services at the Royal United Hospitals Bath. You will influence strategy at scale, leading a large, skilled, dedicated and high-performing workforce delivering imaging to over 340,000 patients each year. You will drive quality, innovation and service transformation while making a meaningful difference to patients and staff every day.
As Clinical Lead Radiographer, you will provide professional, operational and strategic leadership as part of the Radiology Triumvirate. You will be accountable for delivering a safe, high-quality, patient-centred imaging service aligned to Trust objectives, national standards and regulatory requirements.
You will lead service transformation, workforce strategy and innovation across a large and complex Radiology service, ensuring delivery of performance targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

The Post Holder Will
- Provide strategic, operational and professional leadership for the Radiology department.
- Work as part of the Radiology Triumvirate.
- Be accountable for delivering a safe, high-quality, patient-centred imaging service aligned with Trust objectives, national standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead service development, workforce strategy and innovation.
